Dear Brad,

My wife, Sandy, and I decided that we had to let you and Donnie Bailey know how much we are enjoying our putting golf  “course.” It is everything you promised it would be… and more.

Of course our house has become the family gathering spot of choice, not just for the grandchildren and nieces and nephews, but for the adults as well. When they come to visit, they immediately want to know when can play on the green.

Your ability to visualize and plan the best use for our small back yard has made our cluster home yard the talk of the neighborhood. With three holes on the green and three completely different approaches from the three tee boxes, we actually have a nine hole pitch and putt course. I created a tournament scoreboard and have hosted groups of “real” golfers for individual and team matches. They love it! We’re planning on having a serious tournament each week.

When we are not hosting a competition, Sandy and I use the green to hone our pitching and putting skills. I’m telling everyone that the putting practice course in my backyard is mostly responsible for my handicap dropping from a 12 to a 5 over the course of last summer. If it keeps dropping, I’ll have to go challenge Tom Watson and the rest of the senior pros. (Just kidding. Who wants to sign all those autographs?)

Eric Bailey came over recently and gave our green and tee boxes its annual “tune-up.” It didn’t need much, but it sure is nice to know that Unique Concepts provides this kind of service after the sale.
